Are you bothered by pain and/or discomfort in the pelvic region, pelvic floor, lower back or hip? Our pelvic physiotherapist (MSc) specialist treats clients of any gender with these complaints. We can also help you with problems such as loss of urine, stool problems and sexological complaints. For example, women often experience these complaints during and after pregnancy.
What function do my pelvic floor muscles have?
Everyone has a pelvic floor and therefore pelvic floor muscles. Your pelvic floor muscles play an important role in moving our body. In addition, these muscles often play a role in back and pelvic problems. A disturbed function of the pelvic floor muscles can be expressed in several ways.
Do you also offer postpartum check-ups (also known as postpartum check)?
We also offer postpartum check-ups (postpartum) and sports before, during and after pregnancy.
Can I go to EBP Studio Amsterdam if I want to keep exercising during my pregnancy and/or want to rebuild my exercise after giving birth?
