Pelvic physiotherapist, maternity cover
Pelvic physiotherapy, maternity cover from March to July 2027
- Period: March to July 2027, while Querine is on maternity leave
- Days: from one day a week; more days are welcome too
- Arrangement: freelance (zzp) on a fixed day rate, or a temporary employment contract
- Clients: they come from within the practice, so you don't need to bring your own
From March to July 2027 we're looking for a pelvic physiotherapist, qualified or still in training, to cover my maternity leave.
We're flexible about how the role works, and happy to agree the details together. We're looking for someone to support us during this period, and even one day a week would be a huge help. More days are of course welcome too. You can work as a freelancer (zzp) or on a temporary employment contract, whichever suits you best.
About the practice and the team
You'll be working with Jara Segev, a second-year student on the pelvic physiotherapy programme at SOMT. You'll also be part of a varied team of specialised physiotherapists, where there's always something to learn.
Alongside several treatment rooms, we have a spacious training room used for personal training and other supervised training. You can also use our ultrasound machine, if you have the skills to do so.
We offer a pleasant place to work, where sharing knowledge and working together are valued.
You don't need to bring your own clients per se. Primarily, we fill your schedule for you. You're welcome, however, to see a couple clients of your own now and then.
Pay and terms
Why a fixed day rate for freelancers?
As a freelancer, you're paid a fixed amount for each day you work, no matter the number of clients you see. Because of it your income doesn't depend on how full your schedule is. That leaves room for more attention to each client, and with it, a better quality of care.
Pay at a glance
| Graduated | In training | |
|---|---|---|
| Freelance (zzp), fixed day rate | €500 per day | €300 per day |
| Temporary contract, 8 hours a week | €1542 gross/month | €900 gross/month |
| Temporary contract, 16 hours a week | €3084 gross/month | €1800 gross/month |
| Temporary contract, 24 hours a week | €4626 gross/month | €2700 gross/month |
If you work freelance, we add up the days you've worked at the end of each month and you invoice us.
General
- For every 8-hour working day, you can block out half an hour for admin
- Working hours are 8:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00, with an hour's break in between
- If you work 2 or more days a week, Thursday can be one of them
- Attending the study session and the weekly meeting on Thursday is paid
- If you'd like to stay on after the cover period, you can do so on an employment contract
