Olivier

Olivier is a passionate physiotherapist (i.o.) and personal trainer with a strong focus on longevity: living as healthy as possible, as long as possible.
His approach is scientifically based and focused on the big picture. He believes in the power of exercise and prevention.
He supports you in recovering from a complaint or rehabilitation and also in optimizing your physical and mental health in the long term.


Olivier has been active in the gym since he was 14, where his fascination with the human body and moving function began. His own experiences with strength training and running have taught him how important a good balance between load and recovery is in order to enjoy and keep exercising.
He now uses this passion to help others achieve their goals, whether it's about injuries, improving performance or a healthier lifestyle.
