Over
Cédrine
Cédrine took her first steps into the world of exercise education through a yoga teacher training course in 2018. While this opened the door to a more mindful approach, there was also a strong desire to dive deeper — to truly understand the anatomy, biomechanics and physiology behind movement and recovery. This curiosity eventually led her to study physical therapy at ESP in Amsterdam, where she found the perfect combination of her interests.
With a background as a semi-professional alt-violin player, who played in various settings in her home country of Switzerland, Cédrine brings a unique understanding of body awareness and the physical demands of performance to her practice.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree to become a Pelvic and Pelvic floor Physiotherapist, Cédrine her interest lies at the intersection of sport and pelvic and pelvic floor health. She helps people to optimize their performance, encourages self-management and supports finding the right tools to recover from an injury.
